Spirtually sound and Sane in Universal Love for Humanity and LIFE.....His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Ammachi, Divine Universal MA.   and all the Love masters working in the Past and Present on Earth.   

It is my opinion that to believe and support Global Love and Global Peace are sane.  To believe in these things as a 'reality' sometimes gets you called crazy and insane.  Through intense self awareness and self disclosure, I now consider myself SANE and I am here to help with the Insanity/Mental Illness.   I believe It is insane to solve problems with violence.  The collective consciousness of America as we freewillingly Pay for War is - in my opinion....Insane.    Just because violence is tradition - does not make it sane.

I am proud when people think i'm off the deep end.  I happen to believe with all my heart - the Goodwill of Men.  of all Nations.  I believe violence can end and World Love can begin.  I believe that putting faith and power in the Gun is insane.  To climb into a fighter jet and drop bombs onto the Earth and fellow human kind is insane.  To take life is insane.  To base governments/religions on the right to take life is insane.  Power is not in force and weapons. 
Power is in Love for Humanity.  it is insane to power up with Anti Life weapons and call yourself a Free Nation.  It is sane to take responsibility for mistakes - it is insane to think the future will be better when we make no change in the present.  

How can Obama say he is about change when he does nothing to stop War today AND his Vice President just sent his son off to War???? where, my friends, is the sanity in that?   We must kick the fear/death/violence/war as power habit.  it's bad for the economy, our world, and our mental health. 

War is insane.
Peace is sane.
Where does America stand?

I grew up thinking and journaling and questioning the world, God,  and the meaning of life since as early as I can remember, but the official beginning of my Spiritual Path would be in 1997 with Paramahansa Yogananda. 

I was in Graduate School in Toledo, Ohio studying to be an Occupational Therapist.  In my spare time I was always reading self help books and books to help you find your soulmate, purpose in life, etc.  Well, one book was about Paramahansa Yogananda.  It spoke of his teachings on meditation and the inner self.  On spring break instead of going to Cancun and partying - I decided to go to a mediation retreat in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains in California.  The week long retreat exposed me to yoga, meditation, the great masters and the Eastern Way.   I had many inner breakthoughs that week and found a place inside me that I'd never felt before through the teachings of chakras, mediation, yoga, and energization exercises and it was like a whole new world opened up for me.  I was officially on the quest for Enlightenment.  My inner experience and growth  from that moment on became the focus as i pursued career, relationships, and social events in the outer world.  The retreat shifted my experience of myself with the world.  I felt inner responsibility for my thoughts, words, actions and decisions.  I felt the power of inner Love.  I opened my desire for oneness with the Divine as a Life Goal.

Even though Paramahansa Yogananda had long since passed from this physical world when i learned of him,  he became  my first Spiritual teacher , or Guru.

***FastForward 5 years 2002 I followed the Eastern Path to MAui and another name of a GURU has come to me.  TARA.  White Tara is who I want to learn more about.  That is why I keep asking for the WHITE HOUSE to be a Place where His Holiness the Dalai Lama teaches us of Tara.  I want to learn and it seems fitting that the White Tara teachings of Wisdom and Love would come from the 'White' House of Freedom and 'we the people' of all races and cultures living here in this land named America.  I think the USA means US (we the people of humanrace represented in + America  (democracy where government mirrors true FREEDom).  Right now the Gov't is a LIE.  When White Tara Wisdom is in White House - there will be a TRUE 'Change'

sorry Obama, changing taxes around isn't the Change the World needs from America.  The Easter Path led me back into the Western World where I now feel like a bridge.  All one love and consciuosness - but now - we must freewillingly unite in it.  We have the Human right to live in love and peace.  We have the right not to be killed by a fellow human being.  you have the right not to fight.  you have the right to choose love and kindness. etc. etc.  I have the right to ask for LOVE teachings of the Eastern minds to visit us in the White House and stay in the guest rooms for as long as they want.  i want the White House to reflect the MOON wisdom and love and TARA and feminine.  This can happen if WE THE PEOPLE invite HIS HOLINESS the DALAI Lama to teach us about White Tara in the White House.  I think the world needs to feel more LOVE.  I want to feel her more too.

by helping life live in the now
not paying for war?!
what if we had to spend the bad money  on good busness
this Christmas.
let the money machine fail
we the people need our money
what if we told China - we are Bankrupt.
Sorry - Peoples Republic of China - America can't pay it's debt to you
We don't fund violence anymore - if we have BAD debt 
to business or gov't that is BAD for People (Inhumane!)
- WE DON"T have to PAY!
What if we saw American government as it WARS as Deadly too
what if we rescue the troops by giving them a different job
Teamwork is GREAT - just not hunting 'the enemy' with a Gun
What if we become wiser, more loving, and evolved as a mission???





What if we the people became united in a state of Peace consciousness
and what if we made the Change by learning from our Past mistakes
(WWI and WWII) and what if we could see the big 3!
What if - as 'we the people' 
we moved peace leaders into the White House NOW rather than wait for a 
future day when change will never come because it will be too late
what if our window of opportunity is closing for humans to turn to 
love as the power and not the GUN or corrupt money machines
what if the time for justice and impeachment and the world waking up 
and coming out of violence begins when we stop paying for violence.
what if we take responsibility and see violence as evil and aligning
with Enlightenment and World Peace as "Good.'
what if we - as a human race - saw  war/guns/bombs as Anti Life. i.e. Anti Christ


What if we listened to a woman of love as an answer to man of war 
What if we saw Anti Christ inside the mirror in our minds
What if we saw Christ inside the mirror in our own minds
What if we saw Beast or Buddha. Ascended Angel or Alien inside
creature or christ.  What if we saw that true freedom is choosing
your higher self to live in harmony with love, life, and other.. 
What if we recognized that it is what the human race THINKS 
that it becomes.  if we think war is forever tradition ......we never change!
What if we could responsibly see that if we made Hell (war) - 
We can make heaven (peace)
What if 'Joe the Plumber' was really a code word for communist China
What if we recognized we have the power to awaken 
and unite as all people of all countries represented in Cyber world and call a vote?
What if we had influence over others and asked them to lay down their 
weapons 
and What IF.....they did.
what if we the love team move in and take over the white house now 
then we would open inner city tents for Gang members to come. 
donate your Gun. a new gang is in town. 
no one goes hungry. no one loses their home. 
what if we all stayed put for a year and didn't spend hardly any gas. 
what if we found happy at home and got new goverment angel 
deliveries to our doors as we stay home and connect more with inner joy..
 what if we had video games that were at home voting machines - 
like joy sticks for the real game.
what if you got to vote at home AND got benefits for your mind with 
physical gifts from 'the love network' delivered to your door.
What if BIG BROTHER turned into BIG MOMMA
What if we all felt Universal Love - Universal Mother - and Universal Responsibiity
as 'We the People' 
What if our voting game went on all night 
on a special channel on TV.  What if we got really creative really fast@! 
and we transform this country by us - WE THE PEOPLE - 
with Oprahs Help and all the other Love leaders as we align
with Liberty and help her do the reality tv circuit with President Bush
what if Justice for George Comedy TV made more money than we
can contemplate at this time! 
What if we had the answers - but what it we don't act out the solutions?

What if we actually LIVED DEMOCRACY? 
What if we all dressed in Peace and marched on the White House Halloween 
and What IF WE arrested Bush on Halloween night? 
What if we took the White HOuse back Now. 
What if a Girl who had a dream of Heaven on Earth and 
Faith in the Good Will of All human being could sit in a position of Power 
for just one day and all the people took her advice for that one day?
What if - when she said, My Fellow Men on Earth....
please lay down your weapon and allow me to melt it for minerals for the Earth. 
She needs back what we took and morphed into killing tools - 
 I want you all to learn to live in Peace. 


It begins with NO KILL. NO GUN. 
The time has come. We communicate with our mouths - 
we do not hunt the living for a living.
What if - we woke up
\What if armageddon was us choosing to stop making our anti life - 
anti christ decisions and decided to unite around helping life live....
beginning with figuring out how to COOL THE EARTH

- I am very in touch with this topic....World Events pushing Emotions around and around and the inner self who desires to be a 'Master of Her Emotion's is busy busy busy processing all of it.  here is what i've notices....

i have found that I make water from my eyes in extremes of any emotion

when i am emotionally highly attuned to the pain of the world - i am more sensitive to immediate surroundings - everything seems/sounds/appears more intense. 

during a time of emotional pain - the news is more difficult to watch
often after watching/feeling reality and crying in agony i am left with headaches but they are worth it.  the feelings often led to good ideas for solutions

during bliss times of hope i have noticed that there is more likelihood of dancing and playing physically rather than just do a chore or daily resposibility - ontop of chores there's a dancing playful movement that comes with bliss

during frustration times my inner aches and pains feel like they hurt more


when there is inner pressure/responsibility  to do something more to be of help to World Peace but i'm not sure what exactly it is - i feel a heavy pressure on my heart and deep in my belly.  it doesn't go away until i blog or put something out into the outer world to try to help stop war and help with healing.

my tongue and speech increase when strong emotion - i have found that i move emotional energy with language and song (and usually tears) as appropriate in outer world. I spend a lot of timealone so there are no restrictions on what i say so i can flow with my emotions and my responses freely.  I watch the News daily.  I speak to CNN daily.  it feels better when i speak my emotions to the tv - it's kind of fun and fun ffeels good inside the body. 

During praying and stillness as i have developed clear emotional awareness -  and Maui Magestic Scenery as a backdrop  and inner buddha feeling awakened  i have noticed a deep quiet expansive feeling of grounded oneness - it has a pleasant affect on the body that feels like it boosts immunity power cells

my eyes seem like they glisten a bit more than they used to because of all the crying probably

peace is a woman?
I know, for
I met her yesterday
on my winding way
to the world's fare.

She had such a sorrowful face
just like a golden flower faded
before her prime.
I asked her why
she was so sad?
She told me her baby
was killed in Auschwitz,
her daughter in Hiroshima
and her sons in Vietnam,
Israel, Palestine, Lebanon,
Bosnia, Rwanda, Darfur and Chechnya.

All the rest of her children, she said,
are on the nuclear
black-list of the dead,
all the rest, unless
the whole world understands -
that peace is a woman.
